Every Transformer at Next Media commits to these maxims. They show up in our newsrooms, studios, control rooms, sales floors, edits suites and on every shoot.

I Never Solve a Problem Twice

We are aware that growth is messy, and so we stay open to discussing and resolving every challenge that comes. We strive for permanent solutions, not patches.

I Build Trust

I have sound judgment, honesty, dependability and loyalty. I give my very best every day to add value to my work and to the lives of my colleagues, and I aim to earn their trust.

I Am Innovative

We the transformers are always looking to make a difference in our approach to work. We dig deeper to understand our craft, are passionate about new realities and willing to take risks for growth. That is our purpose.

I Aim to Learn, Unlearn and Relearn

We approach work with an open mind and a learner's attitude, making us attractive to new ideas. Change is a fact of life, and a Transformer must be in a constant state of adaptation to succeed.

I Master the Basics

As a transformer, I pay attention to detail, value my time and the time of others, and exercise respect for my colleagues and leaders. I know that discipline unlocks opportunities.

I Am Proactive, Always

I take initiative on projects and search for opportunities to improve at all times, sharing ideas and making myself and everyone around me better at what they do. The blame game is not my game.

I Have a Bias for Action

I strive for progress and not perfection. I start, I do not postpone. I do not wait for someone else to do it. I understand that to be is to do.

I Do the Right Thing

I listen attentively, speak candidly and treat others with respect. I measure myself against the best.

I Deliver Results

I focus only on what must be done and deliver with quality and on time. Despite setbacks, I never settle for less. I do not believe in excuses, only results.

I Am a Team Player

I understand that conflict must be resolved and should be an opportunity for growth. I expect constructive feedback, and I never look down on anyone unless I am helping them up.
